Whenever I call customer care they say it will be done within 24 hrs. - I am now planning to get a new connection - any advice.... 'Modem' or 'Feng Shui' yaar!! I had closed connection with a mail full of my anguishes and proper adjectives and got a reply after 3 months to test their improved connection on trial basis for a 2 weeks; It may have become 1% better than before, provided I have no choice as Airtel does not have coverage for my area and Sify chages are comparatively high here. The nodal officer simply did not pick the call made and repeated calls to call center is same Sorry for the inconvenience. On Manohar, their DSA did not give a very wrong picture of the billing.
